| Video Discription | This is my student film for Digital Film Production (CMM 252,) a course at Frederick Community College. I shot the video with a Panasonic AG-HMC150. I created the glass-like text characters for the film's opening sequence ("Peacock Global Productions Presents") with POV-Ray and animated the frames with GIMP. I used POV-ray again to create the "office cubicle in the clouds" shot which follows it. All dialogue, except for the "bathroom scene" which was added later, was recorded on-site using a camera-mounted shotgun mike. Most shots were done with available lighting. I wrote the script with CELTX and edited the video with FINAL CUT PRO 7. I shot the "blowing litter" sequence near the end with green screen and edited it with MOTION. Digital Film Production (CMM 252) is a course designed to develop pre-production, production and post production skills as well as to provide insight into script writing, budgeting, scheduling, field production, sound design, and non-linear post production. To complete all the requirements for the course, my film partner and I were required to do everything necessary to produce a video from concept to completion. This video is the result of our effort. The music accompanying the opening sequence is "Running Fanfare" by Kevin MacLeod. It is used under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported license.
