| Video Discription | How To Make Fish Fry Indian Style - Garlic Fish Fry Recipe - Fish recipes 🔔Please click on the link below and subscribe to Curries With Bumbi so that I can bring more new recipes for you- @CurriesWithBumbi Ingredients - Serves 3 * 390 gm / 3 boneless tilapia fillets. Can use any fish of your choice * 1/2 + 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste * freshly crushed black pepper * 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder (optional) * juice of 1/2 of a lemon * 3 to 4 large garlic cloves or 1 heaped teaspoon of finely grated garlic * 2 large serving spoonful of besan (gram flour). Can also use garbanzo bean flour. You just need to coat the fish but do not use too much as the coating will be too thick * 1/2 of a serving spoon rice flour (can also use cornstarch) * 1/2 tsp ajwain(carom seeds). Can replace it 1 tsp dried thyme * 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder * 1/2 tsp baking powder * 1 heaped tablespoon plain unflavored yogurt (optional) * add splash of water just to bring everything together * I used 1/2 cup oil to deep fry, but you can shallow fry as well Sprinkle some chaat masala on top if have some in your pantry. This tastes best when hot. You can serve this with any dip of your choice.
