Kali ini aku mau bikin sejenis fish n chips tapi chipsnya diganti dengan pasta aglio e olio. Kombinasi tekstur crunchy dari ikan, pasta yang al dente, dan saus tartar yang creamy pastinya bikin hidangan ini makin komplit. Resep Fish & Pasta Platter (untuk 2 porsi) Fried fish: 4 buah ikan dori fillet 120 gr tepung terigu protein sedang 1 sdm maizena 250 ml air soda (dingin) 2 sdm air jeruk lemon Terigu, untuk coating Tartar sauce: 2-3 sdm air lemon 4 sdm mayones / plain yogurt / sour cream ½ siung bawang putih parut 1 sdm bawang bombai cincang 1 butir telur rebus, cincang 2 buah pickles, cincang ½ sdm madu ½ sdt Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce ½ sdm mustard, opsional 1 sdm S&B Nanami Togarashi Mix peppers aglio e olio: 200 gr Agnesi Linguine 10 siung bawang putih, cincang 80 ml olive oil 4 buah cabai merah keriting, iris 1 sdm S&B Nanami Togarashi 3 sdm parmesan 1 sdt garam 2 sdt gula ¼ sdt McCormick® Black pepper 1 sdt McCormick® Parsley Lainnya: Jeruk lemon Parsley Langkah: 1. Keringkan ikan dori dengan tisu, taburi dengan sedikit garam kemudian lapisi dengan tepung terigu di kedua sisinya 2. Campurkan tepung terigu, air soda dan perasan jeruk lemon sambil terus diaduk hingga rata 3. Celupkan ikan dori ke dalam adonan basah, goreng dengan minyak panas hingga kuning keemasan lalu sisihkan 4. Untuk saus tartar, campurkan bawang bombai, bawang putih, dan air perasan jeruk lemon lalu aduk rata 5. Masukkan Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, S&B Nanami Togarashi, dan semua bahan, aduk hingga rata 6. Untuk pasta, rebus Agnesi Linguine selama 7 menit hingga al dente 7. Panaskan olive oil, masukkan bawang putih cincang dan cabai merah keriting lalu tumis hingga wangi 8. Masukkan pasta dan sedikit air rebusan pasta, aduk rata 9.
