These new Flex-wave fans are capable of moving up to 20% more air than Flex-a-Lite’s Trimline fans and up to 25% more than competitive products. Flex-Wave fans boast greater airflow, higher efficiency, and they run quieter than traditional S-blade and straight-blade designs. The leading edge of the fan blade is no longer a single solid line. The sine wave design creates leading edges that cut through the air first. This starts movement in the air around the blade with greater efficiency. The wave surface of the blade creates channels for air to move along producing more airflow and reducing energy losses. The wave surface forms a winglet at the tip of the blade, further increasing efficiency by reducing vortices. And the trailing edge of the blade has small variations which help reduce noise. Flex-wave fans are available in 12, 14 and 16” sizes and are capable of moving up to 2660 cubic feet per minute this is a high airflow solution that will not only work well but it’ll stay quiet too.
