| Video Discription | This week, we're paying a visit to my good friends Vincenzo and Mark, who have put their apartment in Florence up for sale. The flat has an incredible open plan living area, high ceilings, and rare for an inner city property - an outdoor terrace. It's located in a great area, within the historic city walls, Piazza d'Azeglio, fondly referred to by Florentines as the Upper East Side of Florence. The apartment is up for sale for €595,000, and Vincenzo and Mark are willing to entertain offers including all of the furniture, which I think is definitely worth doing... The space is currently configured to include one large bedroom with ensuite, as well as a downstairs full bathroom. Modern appliances compliment the high specification furnishings, with a large window and skylight adding to the light and air feel of the open-plan living area. Above, a large primary bedroom could easily be split into well-sized bedrooms.
