| Video Discription | The Administration area consists of 4 areas:- a. Tab Names b. Template Library c. Users d. Project Status a. Tab Names The Tab Names can be used to change the name of each stage in a project or to add a new stage to a project. • To change the name of a project stage, just click into the stage you wish to change, write in the new name of the stage and then click “Submit” • To add a new stage to a project click and add the name of the new stage, then click “Submit”. b. Template Library The Template Library section can be used to add or delete documents from a project. The Template Library shows the documents currently in use at each stage of a project. • To add documents to a project click on the stage of the project that you wish to add a document to, then click on the “Add Files” icon and choose the document that you wish to add to the project. Choose a name for the new document and click “Save”. • To delete documents from a project just click the “Delete” button beside the document and it will be removed from the project. c. Users The “User” functionality can be used to add, edit or delete users from a project. • To add Users to a project click on “Add User” and then enter the users email address and their cost per hour. Then click “Submit”. • Users can also edit and delete users from here. d. Project Status Admin The project status shows the status of each project currently in use. New types of projects and project status’s can be added or deleted here (e.g. Test Project, Project closed etc). • To add a new project status write in the name of the new Project Status and click “Add Status”. • To delete a type of project status just click the “Delete” button beside the project status and it will be removed from GECKO.
