| Video Discription | In 1938 a movie was made on 16mm film. It was shown several times in Gibsonburg after it's completion. Sometime around 1980 a showing with comments from five eminent residents, Fred Potts, John Reineck, Florence Burkett, Lela Vickery, and Roy Kirsch was recorded. The film was lost after that showing, but someone in the meantime converted it to VHS tape. In 2013, I acquired one of the VHS copies and digitized it. Visual and sound were poor but I was able to clean up some of the distortions. Maybe someday the original film may turn up or the original of the VHS tape. Dave Gable [Q932PkfoH-A] |
