Theirs was a wonderful winter wedding and although it was a cold day that didn’t put Carmen and Chris off - particularly when we took them outside for some solo shots. I hope Carmen and Chris, along with their friends and family, and their son Franco, enjoy this film of their day and I thank them for their help and hospitality in putting together this Gosfield Hall Wedding Video. -- How did you guys meet? Myself & Carmen met through Emily one of our Bridesmaids. I worked at Tesco and Carmen came into the store with Emily and I started chatting to them both and once she had left I did my detective work to find out who that girl was that had just blown my mind! One thing led to another and after getting her number, we messaged, dated, moved in together and had our Beautiful Son Franco...now we are here. How did you get engaged, is there a cool story? We got engaged on Christmas Day 2015. I had planned it all out and it went perfectly. I’d had a bauble made which had a winter setting in it with a signpost that read “Carmen will you marry me?”. I also had cards made with the reasons in why I loved her and the last one told her to go round to the back of the Christmas Tree and search for a new bauble, when she came back round there was me on one knee. What made you choose your wedding venue, did you look at many? I’d done some work in Gosfield a few times and knew how special the venue was. It was the first and only one we looked at and on first glimpse Carmen fell in love with it and by the smile on her face I could tell it was where she wanted to tie the knot. What is your first song and why? James Arthur - Falling like the stars Chosen as we are both very fond of James and his voice, the lyrics to the song mean a lot to us as well and we think it is very fitting for the setting it will be played in.
