| Video Discription | I believe the total package sold to me by Grailzee reflects a watch and case/box that has been stored improperly in extreme heat conditions and received little servicing, if at all. I believe that the products total condition was not fully represented, which led me to bid and pay for this watch. I would not have bid, nor purchased this watch had the condition of the box and the difficulty in activating the chronograph been disclosed. I have requested a full refund from Grailzee. Grailzee advertises that they sell quality watches, with all boxes and documents (if present), in a certain condition. I do not believe that a reasonable person purchasing a higher end product, sold as "Very Good," would expect to receive it in a beat up presentation box. In the case of this watch, it was represented as being in "Very Good" condition. I believe this is not true. Grailzee represents that there is a quality authentication and quality control process and evaluation completed for each winning bidder, to ensure that each bidder receives the quality product for which they invested That representation and celebrity endorsement, encourages each bidder to bid and pay more for its products. These are not low quality products sold on this site, nor by this company. In fact, I believe Grailzee only deals in high-end, expensive watches, nearly all of which are Swiss made. The watch described is a TagHeuer, Swiss made watch, which normally comes with a nice quality presentation box, certifications, and documents. In the case of this watch, Grailzee failed to insure the quality of the watch and accompanied boxes and documents were in the condition represented. I would not have bid on this watch at all, if Grailzee had disclosed the total condition of the product they were selling. I believe that a large part of the perceived value and future value of a product is the packaging. A person will buy and even pay more for a product that is clean, professionally wrapped, and the details and history of the product are artfully described to be superior. Think of any expensive item available for sale and the box and container in which it is presented (diamond ring, an expensive bottle of scotch or wine, a home for sale, a nice restaurant's food menu, etc). Would you markly pay more for a dirty boxed item, or an identical prestine boxed item? Would you pay a lot more to sit and eat at clean restaurant, rather than a dirty restaurant, even if the food taste similar? Would you choose to buy a high end house wrapped in a ghetto neighborhood? A reasonable person would say 'No!' to each of these. Right now, I am grateful that I did not send this watch as a gift. I would have insulted that person and embarrassed myself. Secondly, I believe the watch Chronogragh buttons are difficult to activated and would not meet an evalution of "Very Good" nor "Good." I believe the total package sold to me by Grailzee reflects a watch and case/box that has been stored improperly in extreme heat conditions and received little servicing, if at all. I will follow-up to disclose any new experiences I have with Grailzee.
