| Video Discription | This is one of my go-to recipes when it comes to a very easy and delicious homemade Gyros..if You've never tried one you're in for a treat! (Ingredients) 1 lb. 80/20 ground Beef 1 lb. Ground Lamb 5 Garlic Cloves 1 medium Onion 1 heaping tsp. Ground Cumin 1 heaping tsp. Italian Seasoning 1 tsp. Black Pepper 1 tsp. Salt In a Food Processor combine all ingredients and Puree as shown in the video. Place mixture in a 9x5 Loaf pan and bake at 375° for 45-50 minutes. Afterwards place pan in the refrigerator for 3 hours or more. Take out and slice into 1/4 inch slices and fry in a frying pan for 1 minute on each side...Plate as shown in the video With Pita bread and your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
