And which to avoid! Obviously, this is just my opinion and things may work differently for you and what a better time to try than today for their black Friday sale with up to 50% off. In order of preference here is what I preferred and what size I got: If you want to treat yourself to one set I would 100% recommend this first set over any other! Fast forward to set 6,7 & 8 and then come back to set 1 and you can really see just how much these are working to make my body look snatched! Smaller waist bigger bum, flatter tum!
