The habit loop, how addictions impact our life and how addiction forms are explored, then simple methods to break addictions are explained. Thatcher Lai, originally from Hong Kong, has lived in Shanghai for the past 12 years. He has been playing piano since he was 3 years old, violin since 6, drums since 7 and DJ/Mixing since 9. Music and producing electronic dance music is a passion. Thatcher also likes to cycle, ski, play badminton, tennis and squash.
