We ended up hitting the Gropp Lake and Crosswicks Creek close to Trenton, NJ. Highlights of the day: I finished with more than 4 different Species of fish, not to mention that I found a very cool spillway under the Gropp Lake fish ladder. Please notice that by NJ laws, that fish ladder can't be fished at all times of the year! Thus, make sure to check NJ regulations before going there.
