(45 ml) Still Austin “The Musician” Straight Bourbon 1 oz. (30 ml) white grapefruit juice 1/2 oz. (15 ml) cinnamon-infused honey syrup* 1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) fresh lemon juice Expressed grapefruit oil Grapefruit peel for garnish *CINNAMON-INFUSED HONEY SYRUP 2/3 cup honey (I like a lighter honey) 1/3 cup hot water 2 cinnamon sticks (broken in half) In a small sauce pan, combine honey and water. Add cinnamon sticks. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes (don’t boil!). Once cooled, remove cinnamon sticks.
