Full Recipe: x1 Box Hazelnut GOUPIE (Blitzed) 100g Hazelnuts (Chopped) x1 Box Filo Pastry Sunflower Oil Golden Syrup Cut the pack of filo pastry in thirds. In a tin, layer 4 sheets, brushing each one with oil before the next layer. Add half the blitzed Goupie and spread evenly. Add a layer of filo and press firmly down before brushing with oil. Add a further 3 layers of filo, each time brushing with oil in between. Add the last of the Goupie and repeat as above. Distribute half the hazelnuts evenly, then thickly drizzle golden syrup on top. Add the remaining filo pasty layers, each time brushing with oil. Trim the edges and portion your Baklava. Add the remaining nuts and another drizzle of golden syrup. Bake for 25mins on 180ºC.
