German heavy metal band, now disbanded.
It was started in 1987 as Carrion, by singer Thomas Rettke, guitarists Bonny Bilski and Ingo Millek, bass player Manni Jordan and drummer Thorsten Muller. Shortly after, Ingo Millek left the band, being replaced by Sascha Paeth.
They published several albums with this lineup, becoming true rock stars in Japan; they toured together with W.A.S.P. in 1989 and Dream Theater in 1993.
By the end of 1994 the band began constructing its own studio; in summer 1995 bass player Manni Jordan left the band and was replaced by Robert Hunecke-Rizzo.
They disbanded in 1999. Sascha Paeth continued his career as producer, while Robert Hunecke-Rizzo became an appreciated session multi-instrumentalist.
