There’s an amazing restaurant at the top where they will cook your seafood, and it’s as fresh as possible, and extremely delicious. Hing Kee Restaurant (https://maps.app.goo.gl/GdFtni2BgX6QDUby6) - We met up with Eugene, at his family restaurant where. His Grandfather originally cooked crab on a boat in Hong Kong harbor, and they made the original Hong Kong Typhoon Shelter Crab. The recipe has since evolved into a mountain of fried crispy garlic, but to my surprise the original recipe is mainly based on fermented black bean sauce. You have try both versions!
