Do less or more as you like!) Prepare a 15cm✖️15cm square ring/mold (Or use something close to the size.) Ganache: • Dark chocolate 200 g | 7 oz • Heavy cream 120 g | 4.2 oz • Honey 20 g | 0.7 oz • Butter (soft) 30 g | 1 oz * I recommend chocolate with 50-65% cacao content. I used 64% but if you want a softer ganache, use the one with less cacao percentage. • Dark chocolate to coat the bottom go the ganache: About 30 g | 1 oz or more * Tempering it is the best but you can omit it to make it more simple. Chocolate coating • White chocolate (I used 320 g | 11.3 oz.) • Dark chocolate (I used 1 kg | 35oz. Use as much as you feel comfortable with) * I used 64% couverture chocolate. No need to pick the exact same percentage.
