| Video Discription | Another test I like to do once or twice a year to monitor how my training is coming along in preparing my body for the levels of force and energy I have experienced, am experiencing and will experience per my goals, visions and the unexpected variables. Not only how my training is coming along which will have to be a mainstay for as long as people wish to engage and encounter forces of an emotional, intellectual, spiritual, physical nature which common sense says is your forever, but also how are all the elements in my life that effect the tissues training prepares. How healed are all of my previous and current injuries because for my expectations, it should be until your injuries are forgettable, they no longer are a factor and the serials can’t really be recalled. How are other areas of my life. Not the trendy ones like sunlight, sleep, meditation, food and water. Those are just support for the bigger players. Strength tests for me aren’t just about numbers or being good at one thing in training and shitty in life. Injured. Weaker. Excuse filled. Blaming the body. Blaming others. Strength tests are more than processing massive discomfort and pain. Facing fear. Feeling how it all syncs up which is a truer definition of holistic. Because as we know, holistic does not mean more methods of medicine and practitioners for every area, some, or energetic space of the body. Love clearing that up when I can. As you’ve seen, my strength tests are extremely dependent on my hands and feet and spine. Windows and gateways or all other areas. These areas need to be iron. Resilient. Pliable. Gentle. Able to carve poetry in granite. How do I get my hands this prepared to survive a fall amongst other life demands? Same source all my client work get and the zoom this Thursday. How can I possibly guide people towards principles in life if I’m not living them? Testing them? Challenging them? Resetting and upgrading them? Life is not meant to be lived in constant fear. Especially not in fear of your own fucking body. Your own body. Yours. That’s the person you should be able to trust and count on most. You. Then others. You first. Hands. Feet. Spine.
