I realised from this that my current planning system obviously wasn’t working. I wanted a visual forward planning method that could help me plan multiple projects whilst keeping a balanced life. Cue – the big calendars! In this video, I show you my huge calendar wall and how I approach forward planning. Knowing how to use a wall calendar effectively is really helping me with planning ahead for a balanced life. As a business owner, I think this is a great tool for forward planning for small businesses but could also work for busy families alike.
