| Video Discription | Ingredients 2 Tbsp butter 2 Tbsp flour 1.5 cups milk Salt & nutmeg to taste Ham Sourdough Bread Cheese Dijon mustard Chives Fried egg In a pot melt butter and add your flour. Cook for 2 minutes over medium low heat. Then slowly add your milk. Once thickened add salt & nutmeg. Set aside and keep warm. On one slice of bread add Dijon and on the other one add bechamel sauce. Add a few slices of ham and a generous amount of cheese. Add the top piece of bread. In a cast iron pan over medium heat add butter and add your sandwich. Cook for two minutes then flip and cook for two more minutes. turn off the heat add bechamel and more cheese cover with a lid or melt with the torch. on a plate add your sandwich top with chives and a Fried egg.
