Here's another baking video showing you how to make these traditional Greek Butter Cookies (Kourabiedes / Κουραμπιέδες) - it's one of the easiest recipes and they're really easy to make! The secret when making these Greek Butter Cookies is to keep mixing the butter, preferably with an electric hand mixer, until it's light in colour and creamy - this will give the Kourabiedes their 'melt in the mouth' texture and that's what these Greek Butter Cookies are known for! Super easy to make and yummy! Here's the recipe below :) Kourabiedes / Κουραμπιέδες Recipe (Greek Butter Cookies) Ingredients Needed I made more biscuits as they're always really popular but if you want to make less just half the amounts. 2x Butter Sticks 2x Egg Yolks 3-4 Tablespoons Icing Sugar (Plus more for decorating) Shot of Brandy Vanilla Powder or Vanilla Bean Extract Flour (As much as needed to combine) I used about 1 kilo.
