| Video Discription | Fastest and easy way to test a 5 pin relay double throw relay bench test using testlight,jumper wire,multimeter, 12volt power supply or car battery the bosh relay the pin 87 and 87a has continuity even the coil side pin 85 and 86 been energized and not being energized when the coil side is being energized the pin 87 and 87a and pin 30 will have continuity the other relay the pin 87 and 87a has continuity if the coil side pin 85 and 86 is not energized but if the coil side pin 85 and 86 is energized the pin 87 and 87a has no continuity only the pin 30 and pin 87 will have continuity you can energized the the coil side (pin 85 and 86) of the relay by supplying 12 volts and ground vise versa it you can hear the click thats not telling you that the relay is good you have to put a load on load side of the relay which the pin 30 and pin 87 i use testlight but you can use what ever you working in the car like horn,head lights,foglamps,heater plugs remember the load needs power 12 volts and a ground i show in the video in this video i choose the pin 86 to supply a 12 volt and pin 85 i supply ground pin 30 need a 12 volt just put a jumper wire to pin 86 to pin 30 then energized the pin 85 and pin 86 the pin 87 must have power because the power from pin 30 will go to pin 87 thats the working relay suppose to do power from pin 30 must go to pin 87 which the load side of the relay pls pls subscribe please help me to gain 1000 subscribers i will promise i will pay it with my car knowledge and make more car tips in return maraming salamat po relay testing relay testing procedure relay test bench relay assembly test relay a test relay test circuit relay continuity test test relay car relay diagnostic test relay test function [BG7I2cUO4wc] |
