| Video Discription | Hey everyone! In this muck dye tutorial, we will create an ice dyed hoodie! Using the DOI (dye over ice) technique! Check it out! ✨️ All materials I used are listed below! Thanks for watching! ✌🏽 Process: Soak items in soda ash mixture for 20-30 minutes. Wring out with hands or spin cycle only. While damp, create spiral. Use rubber bands/ kite string/ sinew thread to keep everything in place. Place in container with cake molds to help ice stay in place. Add crushed ice & fiber reactive dye with or without a layer of soda ash on top. Reveal after 24-48 hrs. depending on your preference. 🧼 While revealing, rinse your garment in cold water. Gradually raise the temperature until it's hot. Do this until you barely see any dye leftover. I always recommend washing in cold water to my customers. This helps your colors remain vibrant!
