| Video Discription | This is a daily video series of the new red Diamine Inkvent calendar for 2021. Each day I'll open the day's calendar door and swatch the ink that's inside. Some days I may also compare some other inks, but mostly that will be all. Videos should be nice and short! There may be some spoilers if you read below this line... fair warning. It's also possible that the ink sequence may not be identical between calendars. Anyway, this ink is Diamine "Seize the Night", which is a burgundy ink, leaning more crimson on some papers and more purple on others. I have not tried "Seize the Night" in any fountain pens, yet, so I can't comment on how it performs there, but with a glass dip pen it behaves like a typical Diamine ink: medium to wet flow, no feathering, no problems overall.
