Mix 5 grams per 100 gallons in tank water. Use this ratio for your tank size (1 gram for 20 gallons, etc.). I would err on the lower end of the dose - levamisole is potent! (1 gram is roughly 0.23 teaspoons). 3. After 24 hours, complete a 50% water change 4. After another 48 hours, complete a 50-75% water change 5.
