| Video Discription | Jaguar XJR V8 with final mufflers replaced by Powerflow staraight pipes. I wanted a bit more V8 sound from my 2001 X308 XJR. This solution with only the final silencers replaced by straight pipes is fine. A bit more exhaust sound when starting and at low loads. At full load, it's about the same as the original exhaust note, but a drone sound appears between 2500 and 3000 rpm when driving at stabilized speeds with moderate load (ex: slope or accelerating gently from 50 to 70kph). I would prefer big V8 sound at start and at full load, it would be more funny, but it implies a new X-Pipe. Maybe later... [WdaWMRre2yQ] |
