Prepare Tahini Yogurt Sauce: -In a bowl,add yogurt,cream,tahini paste,garlic paste,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,salt & whisk well. -Add olive oil,whisk well & set aside. -Serve kofta kebab with saffron butter rice,grilled vegetables & tahini yogurt sauce! Prepare Tahini Yogurt Sauce: -Bowl mein dahi,cream,tahini paste,lehsan paste,zeera,lal mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Olive oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein. -Kofta kebab ko saffron butter rice,grilled vegetables & tahini yogurt sauce ka saath serve karein.
