This was before they cut the rain from the end of act one in February 2022. Katrina Lenk is also wearing a splint on her hand. She broke her finger sometime in November/December. This revival was directed by Marianne Elliot. Marianne is the only female Director to have won a Tony multiple times (3) She won in 2011 for War Horse (shared with Tom Morris) In 2015 for The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time and in 2022 for this production. Company was originally produced on Broadway in 1970. Stephen Sondheim wrote the music and lyrics. George Furth wrote the book and Hal Prince directed. This 2021 Broadway revival is a transfer of the 2018 West End production also directed by Elliot. The opening night cast of this production featured Katrina Lenk as Bobbie Patti LuPone, Matt Doyle, Jennifer Simard, Christopher Sieber, Christoper Fitzgerald, Claybourne Elder, Bobby Conte Thornton, Manu Narayan, Nikki Renée Daniels, Greg Hildreth, Rashidra Scott, Etai Benson, and Terence Archie.
