| Video Discription | When I shifted the practice that I had over to marriage help, I began with a couple of questions that are important for you. place? And two, how did you prepare? The first question is answered with two simple premises. One, and I don't care -- while I was talking you're probably thinking, "Okay, why did I get married in the first place?" And you probably came up with reasons like "I found my soul mate", "It was time to have children and I wanted to have kids, I wanted to have a family." Great answers, don't get me wrong but there are higher-level answers that those answers fall under because you found your soulmate. You wanted to have kids. You wanted a companion. Those things make you happy. You believed rightfully so to a certain degree that by doing marriage you would be happier and that's the answer. You wanted to be happier. You didn't just want to be happier on the day of your wedding. You wanted to be happier every day of your life. Of course, the other thing that we never talk about. We always talk about things and I say, "We" I mean we the big general "We." We want love. We're human beings. We have to have love. Some argue and I agree that we are love itself that we're souls and this is not a religious thing.
