| Video Discription | Kolhapuri Misal masala is masala made specially for making spicy misal pav recipe. It is super easy masala. Simply made from seseme seed ,coriander seed and other species. Homemade frsh grind masala enhance taste of misal pav. Ingredient - Coriander seeds 1 TBS Fenugreek seed 1/2 TSP Cumin seeds 1 TSP Black pepper 15 Clove 5 Pinch of nutmeg Dry coconut 3 TBS Dry red chilli 6-7 Mustard seed 1 TBS Sesame seed 1 TBS Procedure - In a pan on low flame add all spices like coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seed, sesame seeds, mustard seed, black pepper,dry red chilli and dry coconut together. Roast for one minute. Now grind in grider. Make fine powder. Misal masala is ready Notes - You can add onion garlic in masala Saute one big onion ang 10 peta of garlic in pan let it sun dried for 1 hour And then grind with other spices.
