This delicious mouthwatering dish will make you fall in love with this. like and share the channel of you like our efforts.. ********************************************* ================Recipe=============== Ingredients To make Amba Kolambi Prawns 200 gms Raw Mango sliced 1 no Sliced onion 6 Nos Ginger Garlic chilli paste 1 tablespoon Hing 1/4 teaspoon Haldi/ Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon Vadvali Masala 2.5 Tablespoons Salt 3/4 tablespoon Coriander chopped 1 Cup Oil half Cup To make wheat Roti Wheat Flour 200 gms Idly Rawa 60 gms Dahi 50 gms Salt half teaspoon water 1.5 cup Ghee 2 tablespoons Method: 1. Clean the prawns. Cut required Vegetables. 2. Heat mud pot and add oil. Once oil gets hot add Onion, 1/4 tablespoon hing half cup coriander and 1 teaspoon Salt. Close the pot and keep it for 10 minutes. 3. Now add prawns, Ginger garlic paste , Haldi, Vadvali masala and put for another 10 minutes. While cooking prawns cook the mango slices. 4. Now add cooked raw mango, coriander and Salt and cook for another 10 minutes. 5. When done serve hot with rice or Roti. Wheat Pola (Roti) 1. Mix everything except ghee and keep for 15-20 minutes to settled. 2. Heat Tawa, sprinkle some water and wipe it. Now put batter on tawa and spread it while rotating spoon. 3. After 2 minutes, put some ghee over it and flip the Roti. 4.
