Ingredients Required to make Korean Fried Rice - For the sauce 2 tbsp Gochujang Paste (Alternative Chilli Sauce) 1 tsp Soy Sauce ¼ cup Water 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Chilli Powder 2 tbsp Sesame Oil Other ingredients 2 Eggs 1 tbsp chopped Spring Onions Green 2 tbsp Oil 3 tbsp chopped Garlic 3 tbsp chopped Spring Onion Whites ½ cup chopped Ham 2 cups Cooked Rice Salt to taste 2 tbsp chopped Spring Onions Method to make Korean Fried Rice - 1) Take all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl & mix well till sugar dissolves. 2) Now in a wok, heat oil & add the whisked eggs, scramble well & finish with spring onions. 3) Now in the same wok, heat oil & sauté the garlic & spring onions whites, cook for 2 mins & then add the ham. 4) Fry for 3 mins & then add the sauce & rice, toss well & add the eggs, toss again. 5) Season with salt if required & garnish with spring onion. #KoreanFriedRice #FriedRiceRecipe #TheFoodie [nl9lnJ5FKiA] |
