| Video Discription | Kunal M Shah is one of India’s foremost #castingdirectors. His legacy is shaping a lot of #Bollywood cinema and the Hindi entertainment industry. His career in cinema spans the greater part of two decades during which he has worked as a journalist, casting director, and producer. Kunal started off as a film journalist during which he worked for some of the most renowned publications in circulation like, Mumbai Mirror, Asian Age, and Mid-Day. He started the Kunal M Shah Casting Institute as a means of finding new talent and recruiting new faces to the world of cinema. A very humble person with an eye for the right talent Kunal puts all his blood and sweat to get the right hire. Kunal is one of the most talented people in the industry when it comes to training actors and helping artistes fine-tune their performances. He was a member of the advisory committee of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) from 2015-2017. Kunal M Shah's journey as a 'casting director' kicked off in the year 2012 with Vikram Bhatt's Dangerous Ishq. His span as a casting director might be just eight years old but he has pulled off exceptional casting for a plethora of big films like Khiladi 786, Action Jackson, Youngistaan, Ek Paheli Leela, 1920 London, Mr X, Aksar 2, Hate Story 3, Fugly, 1921, Creature and Laal Rang to name a few. He already has more than 30 films in his kitty as a casting director. For his exceptional work, he bagged the honour of 'Dada Saheb Phalke Best Casting Director of the Year 2016'. He has also cast for the major web shows like Maaya, Spotlight 2 and Gehraiyaan. He has more than half a dozen shows in the pipeline.
