Furthemore, the estimate include different biohacking gear I have purchased for my personal use, various different treatments I have done over the years I have been training, nutritional supplements and other related expenses. Further please note that while I use three years as the time it took me to go from my first competition to the World Championship finals, if you want to be more accurate my first competition was on February 2014 and the finals in October 2017 making it some months over the three years.
