| Video Discription | Shrimp Spaghetti Aglio (Serves 5-6) Ingredients: 30 large shrimps 1/4 tsp turmeric 1 tsp crushed chili 1 tsp crushed pepper 1/2 tsp salt (as rq) 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp dried parsley 1 tsp garlic paste 1-2 tsp butter (as rq) 1/4-1/2 cup olive oil, 8 large garlic cloves (2 tbsp) chopped 2-3 fresh chopped red chili 1 tbsp chopped parsley stem chopped 300-400g cooked spaghetti 1 tsp crushed pepper 1 tsp crushed red chili 1 cup spaghetti water 3/4 cup chopped parsley 1/2 tsp salt (if needed) 2 tbsp lemon juice Procedure: 1. In a bowl, add 30 large shrimps, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp crushed chili, 1 tsp crushed pepper, 1/2 tsp salt (as rq), 2 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well. 2. Add 1 tsp dried parsley. Mix well. 3. Add 1 tsp garlic paste. Mix well. 4. Marinate it for 1-2 hours. 5. In a pot, melt 1-2 tsp butter (as rq). 6. Fry the marinated shrimp. 7. Cover and let it cook. Mix in between. 8. Cook till done. Don't dry it completely, keep it a little saucy. 9. In the same pot, add 1/4-1/2 cup olive oil, 8 large garlic cloves (2 tbsp) chopped, and fry until brown. 10. Add 2-3 fresh chopped red chili, 1 tbsp chopped parsley stem chopped, and fry. 11. Add 300-400g cooked spaghetti, 1 tsp crushed pepper, 1 tsp crushed red chili, and mix well. 12. Add 1 cup spaghetti water and mix well. 13. Add 3/4 cup chopped parsley. Mix well. 14. Add 1/2 tsp salt if needed. Mix well. 15. Cover and let it cook. 16. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well. 17.
