This is mainly to be able to start off wheel throwing and hand-building. When you get more serious and deeper into the craft, keep upgrading on the way :) For all of you who have questions on the kiln and firing - all clay needs to be fired in a pottery kiln. It can’t be baked in an oven at home :) the clay needs to go at least 700 degrees Celsius to bake. It’s not wise to invest in a kiln right away till you’re super serious about the craft, so the best way is to normally find a studio potter or a traditional potter in your city to fire your pots.
