Instead this recipe uses crumbled pork rinds and almond milk... and the results are absolutely stunning my friends!!! The texture is so moist and the flavor is right on point!!! Be blessed my darlings!!! ❤❤❤ INGREDIENTS: 2-1/2 lbs Ground Beef (80/20) 2 Cups Crumbled Pork Rinds (replaces breadcrumbs) 1 Large Onion (finely diced) 1 Large Green Bell Pepper (finely diced) 2 Large eggs 1/3 Cup Almond Milk 2 TBSP Yellow Mustard 1/2 Cup Ketchup 4 TBSP Creole Seasoning 3 TBSP Black Pepper *2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce (Optional) SAUCE: ½ cup “unsweetened” ketchup ½ cup sugar free BBQ sauce ¼ cup Truvia Brown Sweetener (substituting Brown Sugar) *Not shown in video, but I also added 1 TBSP Basil to sauce… yummy!!! #meatloaf #lowcarbrecipes #ketorecip [e76oSpEiRQs] |
