This is a video containing previously unseen film footage shot before, during, and after the launch of Apollo-Saturn 101 (SA-6) on May 28, 1964. This was the sixth flight of a Saturn I flight vehicle, the second in its Block II configuration, and the first to carry an Apollo Boilerplate spacecraft (BP-13) into earth orbit. Highlighted is pre-launch alert, liftoff, tracking, and stage separation captured by onboard cameras. The launch sequence was heavily inspired by the 1980 documentary film "The Space Movie." Enjoy.
