Then he goes on to destroy mothra and ghidorah until he is destroyed by a super x looking machine. This film came out after godzilla vs megaguirus and is the third entry into the millenium godzilla series films with godzilla 2000 being the first. This film was made by the guy who did the heisei gamera films and the special effects guy was an assistant special effects director for godzilla vs biollante, and the heisei gamera films. This film also had a cameo of koichi kawakita who was the special effects director of all the heisei godzilla films series except for godzilla 1984, but the films he did the special effects include godzilla vs biollante 1989 , godzilla vs king ghidorah 1991 , godzilla vs mothra 1992 , godzilla vs mechagodzilla 1993 , godzilla vs spacegodzilla 1994 , and godzilla vs destoroyah 1995 , and rebirth of mothra 1 and 2 as well as other films and episodes in certain shows.
