I am the guy who made and introduced British Indian Restaurant ready meals to all the Major supermarkets in Thailand and Laos with my Thai Wife. Why??? Having moved to Thailand there just wasn’t the BIR taste that I had been enjoying and then making for a few years. I scoured the supermarkets – NOTHING! Ok let’s make it. The rest is history. I personally made more than 400 curries a day alternating two days out for naan breads – plain and Garlic coriander over 5 years before selling the business – huge mistake! My passion had gone! Background: Chopped thousands of kilos of onions – got on the pans in some Indian (Bangladeshi) takeaways and restaurants – had fun - worked long hours – ate the best curries in the world! – Khan, Asad, Ahmed owe my experience to you guys – thanks- Knobbers! Here’s the list of supermarkets supplied in Thailand.
