| Video Discription | On a whim (sort of) I signed up for the Grand Traverse at the end of August. It starts with a 40 mile run from Crested Butte to Aspen, and is followed up the very next day with a Mountain Bike back the way you came. I signed up for the race before I even owned a MTB, and I had never ridden one in my life before then. I plan on taking a hybrid approach to this prep and I'm excited to share how I plan on combing strength alongside ultra endurance training - and hopefully my MTB progress as well...
