In OBS you can have up to 6 tracks. To assign the tracks to your input devices you will need to access the advanced properties in the audio mixer. Here you will see a list of six boxes to the side of each device. Check only the track you would like the audio to be on. Eg Desktop Audio on Track 1, and Mic Audio on Track 2. When you play back your recording in a media player typically only track one will be heard.
