| Video Discription | Hello friends! This recipe is based on a Betty Crocker recipe for Classic Beef Stroganoff. I made mine vegan, of course. I hope you enjoy it. Mushroom Stroganoff Ingredients: * 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms * 1 large onion, diced. About 1 1/2 cup. * 2 tsp minced garlic * 1/4 cup vegan butter or margarine * 1 1/2 cup vegan beef broth * 1 to 2 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce * 1/4 cup white flour * 1 can full fat coconut milk * Noodles of choice, cooked. Directions: 1. Melt butter in a deep frying pan. 2. Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes to soften. 3. Add garlic & mushrooms. 4. Sauce for 5 minutes. 5. Add flour and stir for a minute or so to cook the flour. 6. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce. 7. Add coconut milk. 8. Whisk to combine well. 9. Add salt and pepper to taste. 10. Serve over cooked noodles. 11. Enjoy! 😁.
