| Video Discription | Here we go! Day 1 in the EPIC Beginners Series for those of you wanting to progress to the full EPIC Program! We are starting with a full lower body workout lasting 30 minutes. PLEASE NOTE: This is a series of workouts aimed as an introduction to the Epic Programs. If you are a complete beginner to resistance training and have access to dumbbells at home or the gym, you might like to consider the Ultimate Beginner Program, which is a 6 week series where I talk throughout the workout to help provide cues and guide you with main considerations to then allow you to explore variations that feel best for you, your biomechanics and preference! For details on this series you can visit www.cgxapp.com. I would recommend to trail the app for 2 weeks to make sure if is a good fit for you! This is a no-equipment workout however, you will need a wall, a sturdy chair and a mat. Squats, lunges, holds, and of course wall sits in there too make this an EPIC beginner leg workout! This is a fantastic workout to gut your hamstrings, quads, glutes and core with just your bodyweight as resistance! Remember to work at your own pace! You can go slower, you can even go faster if you feel like it.. just maintain form and alignment! Please ensure you warm up for at least 5 minutes prior to beginning.
