It was originally a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home and has now been transformed into a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Our client (a property developer) was extremely happy with the end result and the way the project was managed from start to finish. We couldn't resist taking a video of the completed building work to showcase the new bathrooms, kitchen and loft conversion which is now being rented out to a family in an extremely sought after area.
