| Video Discription | This 137 foot tall, 57 mph B&M (Bolliger & Mabillard) inverted coaster opened in 1994 as the tallest and fastest of its kind on the planet, but that reign only lasted two years. Since then a dozen B&M inverts that have broken those records, but Raptor's reputation as one of the best still remains. Unfortunately it made headlines again after an fatal accident in 2015 when a man jumped over the perimeter fence to retrieve a mobile phone, was struck by the coaster and died.
