Step 2 - Heat the oil on medium flame instead of high flame. Please do not overheat the oil. Step 3 - As soon as the oil heats up, turn the flame to medium low and add the pieces of chicken. Step 4 - Fry each side of the chicken for about 6-8 minutes for smaller pieces and 8-10 minutes for bigger pieces. *Please note that cooking time varies from stove to stove since the heat intensity of the flame is not constant for every stove. The size of the pieces of chicken matters.
