Follow on: IG - https://instagram.com/chefinthebackpocket Website: Pending Recipe: 40g or 1/4 cup butter 20g or 2 tbsp garlic 75g or 1/3 panko breadcrumbs 5g or 2 tbsp chopped parsley 35g or 1/3 cup parmesan cheese powder 1. In a saute pan, add butter over medium low heat. 2. Add garlic and sautee for 1min. 3. Add thyme and sautee for another minute. 4. Add breadcrumbs and stir frequently to avoid burning. 5. Add pasley and remove from heat. 5. Pour and level in a baking tray and allow to cool. 6. Add parm cheese and mix thoroughly. 7. Store in dry cool area for up to 1 week. Enjoy.
