The maple trees in the park put on a colorful show and that is why we brought our kayaks and went for a 2-mile paddle on Beers Lake, drove the 5-mile park loop to see all the colors shine, and hiked to the beautiful hallaway hill overlook. Afterwards, we spent some time in Pelican Rapids and enjoyed lunch, ice cream and saw the world's largest pelican! Pelican Rapids is such a cute town.
